Pricing

Documented hourly rates. Day rate floor. No discovery theatre.

Most agencies hide their rates because they negotiate them. We don't. The hourly rate is the same for every client, the day rate is a multiple of it, and every quote is broken down as hours × rate. If your budget doesn't fit, we'll say so before a sales process starts.

Documented rates · EUR · ex-VAT

The four numbers that build every quote

Everything we deliver is priced as a multiple of these four anchors. No surprises, no premium tiers, no last-minute scope creep.

Senior technical hour
200/ hour

Standard day
1,200/ day

Eight productive hours of SEO and GEO work. Technical-heavy days quote at €1,500.

4 days/month minimum (€4,800). 5 days recommended for ongoing GEO work (€6,000). Rolling, no fixed term.

What these numbers mean

Why we publish hours, not packages

A "package" hides the negotiation: the agency picks a number that fits what they think you'll pay. Hours × rate doesn't. The first quote you see is the same arithmetic everyone else's quote uses, so you can audit it, slice the scope, or rebuild it in-house. Every line item in a Key Arg SoW is a number of hours and the rate they're billed at.

EUR is the working currency, ex-VAT

We invoice in EUR for EU clients (VAT reverse-charge applies for B2B). USD and GBP available for international clients at the prevailing rate. EU AI Act and GDPR are baked into the engagement, not retrofitted.

No hidden fees, no asset lock-in

You own everything we produce. No ghostwritten content you can't republish, no schema that breaks if you stop paying us, no analytics held hostage. We use our own Statable when you want clean private analytics, but you can self-host.

If the budget doesn't fit, we say so

Site under €100k revenue per month and unclear traction? We'll usually suggest fixing fundamentals in-house first and circling back. The 90-day check-in is free for that. Wasting your money is bad for both of us.

Pricing benchmark, EU 2026

Our €150/hr SEO rate sits in the upper-mid Netherlands band (Clutch NL median is €75–€100/hr; UK premium boutiques charge €175–€235/hr). Our €1,200 day rate is a direct multiple — eight hours at the stated hourly. Screaming Frog's published model is £1,000/day with 4–5 day retainer minimums; ours mirrors that. We're roughly 20–30% below US East Coast equivalents, with EU privacy compliance built in.
